- Automating or spamming authentication requests (OTP flood).
- Attempting to bypass security protocols, reverse proxy layers, or database isolation barriers.
- Using the platform to send unauthorized communications or distribute malicious code.
4. Intellectual Property
The Tick RSVP platform, including its codebase, design, and branding, is proprietary and all rights are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the platform without prior written consent. You retain ownership of your own event and guest data submitted through the platform.
5. Third-Party Infrastructure
We utilize third-party infrastructure partners, specifically Contabo for server hosting and data storage, and Zoho/ZeptoMail for transactional email delivery. By using our platform, you acknowledge that the availability, performance, and uptime of our services are subject to the operational status and terms of these external providers.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND CODEBASE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY.
