The Struggle Behind Tick RSVP

Why I spent my nights building an RSVP tool instead of sleeping.

I'm Kevin. and I have a confession to make: I hate spreadsheets.

It sounds like a joke, but if you've ever planned a wedding or a major work event, you know the feeling. The "Final_Guestlist_v4_REALLY_FINAL.xlsx" file that somehow has three different versions. The formulas that break the moment a guest adds a complex dietary requirement.

I was that guy. The one at 11 PM, manually texting 40 people because the "automatic" system we paid for didn't actually work. I was the developer who knew it shouldn't be this hard, yet I was drowning in the "RSVP Chase."

The Nightmare of the Chase

There is no big company behind Tick RSVP. There are no offices, no marketing teams, and no bloated feature sets. It's just me, fueled by the sheer frustration of coordinate guests, managing preferences, and the endless cycle of chasing people down.

I built this project because I wanted to stop the chase. I wanted a way for guests to confirm in 30 seconds, and for me to get a venue-ready export without having to touch a single cell in Excel.

"My goal was simple: give you your time back so you can focus on what truly matters—celebrating."

Built Different

Combining a passion for clean design with robust technology, I built Tick RSVPto feel premium. We use things like "Ghost Links"—unique, expiring links that create a hard deadline—to ensure you get your answers on time.

This isn't just another event tool. It's a hyper-minimalist, high-conversion platform designed to eliminate stress. Because your wedding (or your event) should be about the people, not the paperwork.

Thanks for being part of the journey. If you've ever struggled with a guest list, I built this for you.
