How long does it take to set up our Christmas party?

Do my colleagues need to create an account?
No. They open the link, say yes or no, and tick their dietary needs. It takes under 30 seconds and works on any phone.
How are allergies and dietary needs collected?
As tick boxes, not a free-text box. Everyday preferences (vegetarian, vegan, no seafood) are kept separate from serious allergies (coeliac, nut, shellfish), and serious ones are clearly flagged. You get a clear summary for the venue, so nothing is missed.
What happens at the RSVP deadline?
The form closes automatically, so your numbers are final when the venue needs them. Anyone who tries late sees a friendly 'RSVPs are now closed' message.
What do I send the venue?
