Can a guest update their response?
Yes, right up until your chosen "Handover Lock" date. Up until then, guests can update their details instantly. After the lock date, the list is finalized. Any further attempts to change a response will notify both you and the guest that the event is locked for venue handover.
Is there a guest response limit?
No. We never restrict your guests from responding. Whether you have 8 guests or 800, your RSVP link remains active and all responses are recorded. The only difference is that for events with more than 8 guests, the premium "Venue-Ready" export requires a one-off upgrade.
What is a venue-ready guest list?
No event is truly stress-free without a list that is ready for your venue or caterer. This includes:

What happens after my event?
Once your event date passes (or your Handover Lock is reached), the link automatically expires and all data is archived. This prevents the common "spreadsheet nightmare" where accidental edits or last-minute changes ruin your finalized plans. Your data remains safe, secure, and unchangeable.
